Mark Summerfield started IPSSolutions.com in 1999 initially offering online inventory, vehicle photography, and web design services to car dealerships in Wisconsin. As the web evolved so did the company. It gradually expanded to incorporate ecommerce, general web design services, graphic design, and internet marketing services. In 2014 IPSSolutions.com made the decision to expand and open another office in Door County, Wisconsin. IPSSolutions.com purchased the local full service marketing agency, Boettcher Communications at the outset of 2014 and moved to a larger office space in downtown Sturgeon Bay. The resulting company was reformulated as Door County Marketing and Web Design to elucidate the services provided.

Mark Summerfield started Green Bay based IPSSolutions.com in 1999. The company focused on website related services. After many years of growth Mark expanded his business in 2014 by purchasing the Door County based full service marketing agency, Boettcher Communications. The company has since been reformulated as Door County Marketing and Web Design. He currently resides in Southern Door County with his wife and enjoys golf, racquetball, running, and fishing.
Shannon Summerfield began her career in web design in 1999 while still in high school. She attended Northwestern University in Illinois and continued to work in the web design industry when not attending classes. In 2009 Shannon moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family. She enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and cooking.
Lori Friberg brings nearly 30 years of marketing experience in government and not-for-profits to Boettcher Communications. She and her husband live near his family farm, make hay (small squares!), and cow-sit on occasion. Restoring vintage sewing machines, quilting, and cross-country skiing are favorite hobbies. Lori also enjoys trying out first-time-she-tried-it, brand-new recipes on family and friends.
